Kegel balls? #LetsDiscuss 🤔

So I've been seeing all these articles lately about all things kegels. Then today as I'm on the feminine hygiene isle doing my monthly stock up run I came these. So naturally I was curious so I picked up the box and read the back. Have any of you tried these or any other type of kegel balls to "exercise" with. From everything I'm reading from various articles it seems like this whole kegel exercise thing is something I need to get on board with. Apparently there's tons of physical benefits for us as women and also for our SO if we learn how to precisely control this "muscle". Suffice to say I was interested enough to take a picture of it so that I could discuss this topic however I realized I was too much of a lame to post this on my FB or Twitter when I remembered ohhh my eve Lady Stuff App 😍 So help me out ladies! I use Ben Wah balls.. (Kegal balls) but mine are much much smaller than those.. About the size of a large marble. You are meant to start with large ones and go down sizes as your muscles tighten. But I also do kegals without them. They recommended to not do them while you are peeing as not to cause a UTI but I do and have never had a urinary infection in my life. It strengthens the pelvic floor muscles (a sling of muscles that run from the vagina underneath and around the butt) they are the muscles that stop the flow of urine so if you don't know where they are stop peeing while you are in the toilet. Then you know what muscles to work. 😊 I think they are important. I would recommend the balls. Don't wear them for long periods of time first off. They might even give you a tummy ache the first few times. I wear mine during the day because I'm used to them but you should start by inserting them and laying down, seeing how they feel and slowly upping the time you use them. Maybe a few minutes to start. If they at all feel painful remove them immediately.. Good luck. Hope you like em.. 😉

I'm going to get some glass kegel balls. I seen some with a flower print crafted inside it. Helps to tone the muscle for better sex and after childbirth.

I have Lelo balls, there pink and blue and come in differnt sizes! There amazing after child birth to tighten your pelvic walls back up!!

So what do you do with them lit them inside you and like use your muscles to stop it falling out?

I love them for keeping the vajayjay tight after having kids (I have 5) but had to stop because my SO said it had gotten too tight. So use them but in moderation so as not to make your SO uncomfortable during sex
