So I didn't use one I snapped back on my own but I will say I put on a corset size 20 after a week and I'm guessing it was from the compression but I woke up the next morning with blood and clots gushing down my legs for 4 hrs. It was gross.

don't buy a normal waist trainer, they have belly bands for post partum that are safer! I'm getting the bellefit & I will wear it as soon as I get discharged from the hospital :)
