Never read a test after more than ten minutes. Most tests state this in the directions. Even though peeing in a stick seems pretty straight forward, you have to do it just right. Holding the stick under your stream for a certain amount of time, letting it sit on a flat surface for 3-5 minutes, but no longer than 10. Take another, and read the directions carefully. They are super important and will effect whether your test gets a proper reading. 
Also, test first thing in the morning, with your first trip to the bathroom, or even if you go around 3 or 4 AM. After not going for a few hours, the pregnancy hormone will be more concentrated.

When I took mine, after 3 minutes there was nothing so left it on my dresser. About 6 hours later I come back from work and noticed a faint line which was clear. Took a digital and I was pregnant! Don't always believe this 3 minute stuff, I can take time for the line to form. This also happened to my friend. I'm pretty sure that this is your positive! Go and confirm with a digital and let us know! ?

When my mom got pregnant for me, all of her hpts were initially negative then would turn positive about a half hour later.  It even happened when she took the test at the doctors office.  Maybe try another to be sure.  :)

Dollar Tree test right? Same thing happend to me one night, then next morning, but unfortunately that morning I started my period :( but continued to get clearly positive tests well within the time frame for about 10 days or so. Blood test was a 6 which made no sense but it was definitely a chemical. Praying all is well with you. Good luck and baby dust to us all!!
