Unbearable anxiety

I was on 10mg Citalopram before getting pregnant and it wasnt doing what it needed to but I lost medical card for about 3 months then found out I was pregnant. My primary and I discussed whether or not I should restart the Citalopram as her veiw is the fewer medications the better. Fast forward to 24wks and my anxiety is worse than ever and maybe a touch of depression, I feel out of control and I can't get out of it. I don't see my Ob/Gyn for another 3 weeks. Should I just wait for that Appt to bring it up or can I get seen by the mental health clinic and just have my info sent to my obgyn?
