Confused

I'm a little lost at the point of this app. This app I thought was intended for pregnant women, trying to conceive, fertility, moms, etc. Yet I don't know how many posts I find with teenagers who aren't conceiving, men, women who absolutely never want kids, etc etc. Anyways so I am just wondering what this app is actually used for or what group it's geared towards??
