I have very bad period cramps and I don't want to deal with them anymore. I hear birth control can lessen thr pain if cramps or take them away all together. I would prefer for them to stop completely but I don't want to insert anything in my body for that to happen.

I have sisters but none of them use birth control, so I'm kind of lost when it come to how to approach this. Any adivce?
