Honestly I didn't have the patience to make myself orgasm with my fingers so I bought a $15 vibrator and it rocked my world. I used to have the same problem, just try various positions and methods. I know a lot of women can orgasm just off of rubbing their clit but for me I need both that and penetration, sometimes for over an hour before I can achieve an orgasm. But it's DEFINITELY worth it. Be patient and experiment with your body.

Read up on different techniques Hun! 
Just research ways to have an orgasm or different techniques to masturbate. 
Try porn or a graphic book. Sometimes it's a little bit of extra stimulus that's all that's needed
