I'm getting my 3 month olds ears pierced tomorrow. What are some tips from all of her who have done it already?

Please, I don't care about opinions of it not being ok. It's my choice and I want them pierced. I will ignore comments of people bashing my decision, all parents are amazing no matter how they choose to parent (:
