Period excitement???

Does anyone get excited to have their period? I'm weirdly looking forward to mine.

Only when there's a possibility I'm pregnant but then it's more relief than excitement

Oh my gosh no! It's like death. I get terrible cramps so I'm literally just dying the whole time and it's such an emotional rollar coaster.

I did for a while because I wasn't having periods due to birth control. It didn't feel healthy, or right. I need to have a period like it needs to happen. Now that I get them ALMOST on time I really don't like them. However I wouldn't go back to not having one. I'm on my period right now and I would rather just not. Sometimes I seriously wish I was a dude just so I wouldn't have to deal with my body.
