Camping,period-HELP!!!

I'm going away camping soon in a moter home with my Dad who I barley see his girlfriend and their baby! And on the day that I go away with them is the day I start my period! I have horrific periods. My doctors are in the middle of changing my meds for it so can't take my special stuff. And I can't take tablets so I have to take calpol fast melts which are amazing but they where of really quick. Any tipsfor disposing my pads discreetly and any tips for my situation please comment below it will be much appreciated😊 thanks Xx
