Curious - coming off the pill
Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to FAM, read a lot on the internet about it before I actually bought the book and stopped taking birth control pills about a month ago, which is also when I started charting. I was just curious about your personal experiences with coming of BC, especially the pill, and how long it took you to go back to a "normal" cycle and pattern.
