This is my first cycle off oral contraceptives, which I was on for 15 years. I was *so* stoked because I had ovulation pain, cramps, all the totally normal period predictors....but no period, I'm 4 days late.

While technically anything is possible, we used condoms all month and I do not think I'm pregnant. I feel like my cycle is just messed up.

Did any of you go through this and recover into people with regular cycles? I just feel like I'm broken.
