Do you pump if baby only takes one side?

For those of you whose babies normally nurse on both sides, do you pump the other side if they only take one side? Wondering more so for day feedings. I will always pump if DS only takes one side for his one middle of the night feed because my other side will be really full. Thanks!

You should defiantly pump. My sister made the mistake of not pumping and now that she is done breastfeeding her boobs are really lopsided.
