Bronchitis while pregnant

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and I have bronchitis. I have to wait till at least tomorrow to call my OB, but I'm kinda worried. I've had it for a few days now and it's only getting worse. My SIL is the one who gave it to me and now I'm worried my other child will get it too. Is there anyone else whose had it that might know how I can treat this at home for myself and my other baby?
