TTC && 3 weeks late

Well glow said to test yet again, anxiously waiting for the minutes to pass. 
Has anyone been 3 weeks late and all negatives?!? What else could it be. 
I'm not stressed, I've actually be on vacation a lot lol 
But I'm feeling very discouraged.
