So I've literally had ONE period this year and I'm not on birth control. I'm on cycle day 86 and no period. I took a pregnancy test today because I'd been feeling kinda blah this past week and of course it was negative... Thank goodness. Anyone else have this issue???

I think it's time to see the doctor.  Just this year I started having issues as well, period like cramps constantly and a period every other month and sometimes only for one day.
My doctor said my lining is becoming to thick and that it might be the reason

I'm not sure if this applies to you but stress will delay it, any changes in routines like if you are working out more, loosing a lot of weight, or on the opposite gaining weight it could delay your period (my mom when she was a teenager didn't have a period for 4 years after she lost 130lbs) go to a doctor and see if there was any change in your hormone levels it may explain why you're showing up to the crime scene so late😂
