Weird question, just want to get others opinions!!

When I get my egcm it's only here for a day, and then it goes away. Then my cm automatically goes to a lotion like discharge. Moral of the story and my question. The one day I do have egcm it doesn't come out like the rest. The only way I know I had it was from checking my cervix. Is that normal? Or should it come out?? I might sound dumb...lol. just curious on what others experience in this area is!!
