Try tonight or wait till tomorrow?

I started using opk This cycle, and was going to try every other day till I got a positive. Yesterday was the first day of my fertile week and we tried. Today I got a positive opk. But I tested later the afternoon and now, I can tell I'm laying an egg. Do I wait until tomorrow night, or tonight?
