Perinatal cold packs?

Anyone used these before? I heard they help with after labor. It's like an ice pack for your vaguna haha. I used the spray with my last baby but ordered these this time around. I'm thinking of returning them...

Thanks everyone for the advice! Ya I got them on Amazon and I think I'll keep them just in case. Am I supposed to put them in the freezer? There aren't any instructions other than fold in half.

I loved them postpartum!! I was given them at the hospital and then ordered them for my last two birthing center births. I found them on Amazon this time and plan to buy them!!

The midwives told me to wet a maternity pad (clean one obviously) and put it in the freezer . The water will freeze and it can be used to relieve pain and tossed away. It may be a cheaper option?

Used in hospital after delivery and stitches to repair tear. Awesome, but never ordered any. Hospital provided what I needed, and by day 2, they were no longer needed. They certainly were appreciated tho!

Used ice packs with both my daughters they were truly a god send. Never used the spray and I was walking around 1 hr after I had her. Keep them they are awesome!

The hospital gave them to me after baby 1. Seems like a I used if for the first couple of days pp. I think they were fine (was a little overwhelmed by everything that I didn't pay it that much attention).

After labour and birth I used ice packs and placed them inside pads in my underwear and it was like heaven on earth I swear !!!
