Want more romance/foreplay

So ladies, here's the issue: boyfriend of 3+ years, sex has been really good 90% of the time, and lately I've moved overseas to be with him (and work). And I feel like passion and romance is suddenly not on his agenda...he's an ass-man so he basically jist squeezes my butt a lot and then goes straight for my ladybits if he's in the mood. Or bored. Or teasing me. Honestly, I find it hard to warm up unless there is some kissing and caressing, love having my neck and face touched...but now it's like "well if I can stick it in, we're good right?" And usually I'm not there yet so he'll do the bare minimum to make it work. After that it's ok, but our foreplay/romance is non-existent right now. I'm also really bad at communicating sexual wants and needs (from traumatic experience from before meeting him)....HELP!
