Period and Diet

Hey lovelies, so my period was supposed to start today and it usually starts a couple days before it's technical start date but I have started new ADHD meds that decrease my appetite and think that may be a factor. Also I was in a sexual situation but didn't have vaginal or anal sex, can arousal or the vaginal contractions from orgasm postpone menstruation?
