Best pads to wear?

I'm 33 weeks and almost finished packing my hospital bag, but was wondering what's the best pads to buy for after birth? Just normal pads or any particular?

Pbuy the heavy flow over night!!! The hospital will give you some and you can ask to take some home but the heavy flow over night worked for me.

Any preferred brand but heavy flow, overnight with wings if available. Basically the closest you can get to a diaper lol

I took a TON of the hospital underwear home. It was so comfortable! When I ran out I used tampax overnights and heavy flow.

Always with wings. The pink ones, then I went down to the green ones. Eventually down to the lite yellow ones.

Also get some Depends, the pads started hurting my stitches after the first week and the depends were so much softer against skin

I just used regular overnight pads after I came home from hospital

They should have some at the hospital and they even gave me an extra pack to take home. It depends how much you bleed but you'll most likely need to get ones for heavy flow. Like as thick as you can find and possibly longer too

I typically use the thin ones, but for the post birth bleed I actually preferred the more padded ones at first. I got the bulky overnights with wings at first then moved to smaller ones.
