Some of my story- I've been TTC 3 years now with 3 misscarraiges. I had in the past tried Clomid and got pregnant, but misscarried around 5 weeks. My husband and I have both been tested for everything and the only thing that came back that may be a factor of misscarraiges is my antiphosplids was a little elevated but not bad. I also have some endometrial cysts but that's not a factor of the misscarraiges. I am currently seeing a fertility specialist and I finished my first round of Femara (Letrozole) last week and today I went in for a CD13 follicle check. I had a size 19mm on my left ovary and my right had some endomeral cysts so she couldn't see the follicles. Since I had a 19mm follicle I was able to get my trigger shot so now it's just baby dance time until my next ultrasound!! I go in for blood work next week and then a pg test the following. I will start taking progesterone suppositories in a few days because of my history of misscarraiges. If any of you have questions please feel free to ask I've gone through a lot these last 3 years.
