I was in the same boat. I charmed them, got the job, and then politely mentioned my wedding day, date. I asked if that was going to be a problem but dates and deposits were made and that I understood I was not eligible for PTO. One week isn't a large amount of time to take off and they have plenty of time to find someone to cover you.
