Little hurt & aggravated

I found out a few weeks ago that I'm pregnant...I will be 7 weeks Wednesday. My hubby's family and I have never been extremely close...we get along but they never call me just talk or even wish me a happy birthday, merry Christmas, etc. His mom and siblings have been over the moon since we found out, and we've been talking more. His mom even wants to throw me a baby shower. 
He told his grandparents--I told him it was fine--while I was at work two weeks ago and not ONCE have they reached out to tell me congratulations. No phone call, text, or message on Facebook (his grandmother is ALWAYS on there). She didn't even respond to the pregnancy announcement we shared on Facebook.
When he told his family we'd be having the baby at a hospital about 45 minutes away, his grandmother immediately wanted to know why. We explained our decision, and she hasn't said anything else. 
Am I overreacting or am I right in feeling a little hurt by the fact that she hasn't even told me congratulations?
