13weeks still sick

I'm 13 weeks & 3 days as of today. I've had a horrible road already, with being sick & staying dehydrated. I've lost 13lbs so far I now weigh 83lbs & it's getting worse. I'm throwing up after I eat. It's mostly at night though. That's the weird part? I've been getting so dehydrated that I pass out. I've given myself two IVs so far & had my husband start one. (He's an EMT) i thought it would be getting better since I'm getting to my second trimester. But it's not. Is anyone else having this bad of a time?  & what do you do to help. PS. My doctor has given me three different nausea medicine. Nothing helps..
