I've had three kids. All csections. After my last baby my period returned the month after my postpartum bleeding ended. Each month I've been having ovary pain & horrible contraction like cramps. Then I spot about a week before my period, sometimes red sometimes brown (old blood) and sometimes when I have a BM its like cold sweats, cramps, & nausea. It's been getting worse every month (8 months PP) so I went & had a cervical cancer screening & it was normal. I'm wondering if any other women have gone through this with a diagnosis? My OBGYN seemed concerned but not enough to really do further testing. She just suggested I take ibuprofen when I feel pain (I'm not into taking medication). She put me on the mini pill & she said that MIGHT regulate the bleeding. This also really interferes with our sex life & I'm getting very annoyed lol
