Panic sensation
Has anyone had a panicky sensation after there baby was born? I'm almost in panic mode all the time now that my daughter is here because she is not inside me anymore and it's harder for me to grasp that I can't protect her as well. I'm having very bad anxiety and ppd and just want some reassurance that I'm not the only one.
