Contraceptive Implant

Hey guys I got the implant done on Monday last week and I was meant to have my period 2 days after that, before I got it done me and my partner had sex without a condom but he pulled out before cumming, my period is 6 days late now is that because of the implant or could I be pregnant???

Also if I take a pregnancy test would it come out as positive anyways because of the implant?
