Feverish

Hi! Does anyone experience fever the first or second day of periods? This morning I took a cold shower and was getting ready for work and just started sweating! A co worker scared me when she said I have very low estrogen and I need to start thinking of kids now because my hormones are crazy. But I've read a few places it's all pretty normal. But now I have this in my head! Any thoughts?!
