Anemia/GBS stories?

Did anyone get diagnosed with anemia and GBS towards the end of their third trimester?  Did that have any impact at all on your l/d or getting induced or anything?

I was positive for GBS. My water broke and I went to the hospital right away. They induced me to get labor started and I was on IV antibiotics every 4 hours. I ended up spiking a fever and getting an infection. My baby's heart rate was high because of the fever and they were concerned. I pushed for 2 hours with no progress. They wanted to get the baby out fast and ended up doing an emergency c-section. The doctors have no idea how I got an infection while on the antibiotics. All I know is it sucked. My baby was fine, though. He had a slight fever, so he was in the NICU for 2 days for monitoring and to get antibiotics as a precaution.
