What would you do if you and your SO had an ugly seperation, then you later found out you're pregnant with his baby?

Only you know what really happened throughout your relationship and the break up. I don't believe in parents staying together even though they can't stand one another often those homes are worse for the children than if their parents agreed to co-parent like adults and do what's best for everyone. I guess it would depend... I would still want my child to have their father so I would tell him. I would go about it as a single mother with the mindset of being a single mother... However who knows what could happen.. Could always end up working things out down the road. However I'm married and don't ever foresee us getting a divorce Lol no matter what though I wouldn't have an abortion...

It just depends. If you guys are unhappy together, than you shouldn't be together, but you work things out to the point you don't end up fighting for custody.

You can raise the kid together without being a couple, just because it was ugly at the time doesn't mean that would continue with the child.

It would really depend. If I was 16 and it happened, then yah I would have an abortion. If it happened to me today and my husband left, I would have the baby. I'm more than capable of taking care of a baby by myself.

I have Ben through this, it's a hard decision, but in the end I picked being a single mom. There were more cons than pros. Of course I tried having him live with me again, but not 'together' and that went horrible. I did try to fix, but you can't force someone to try when they have different feelings. It's depends on the persons involved. Some can fix and live happily, while most can't. Only you can make that choice.

Lol. My boyfriend and his ex wife. Had this she moved off to Mississippi.  She finally told him she had cheated the baby might be his. So he coughed up 500 dollars for a dna test to see. Sure enough it was his. Now he has to deal with her crazy as for the next 15 years.
