Does having sex everyday hurt TTC?

So I've been following glow and according to glow my ovulation day was Sunday. Chart below shows we had sex Friday-Monday. This morning I woke up and checked my CM which was very stretchy and egg white. I was confused since Glow said Sunday was my day. I took an opk and it said I was ovulating. My question is since we've been having sex everyday will it hurt my chances of TTC? I've heard that it's best to have sex every other day. Of course I need to have sex today since I'm ovulating  It's my 6 month TTC #1. Lesson learned don't just follow Glow..
