Not enough hours for sleep

Lately, It's been really hard for me to get up in morning. I was never a morning person so the snooze button has been my best friend since forever. But it's been getting harder and harder for me to get up, I'll wake up but I'm still tired. I even go to bed earlier, my body automatically gets tired at 10 o'clock, and I get 8 hours of sleep. I hate going to sleep because I hate the feeling I get when I wake up and I feel dead tired like I slept only 3 hours. I don't know if it's because of stress from school or something. I know I have iron deficiency anemia and I haven't taken iron pills in forever but it hasn't really bothered me all these years until now. Anybody else have this problem or know what it's about?
