Vitamins/minerals - plant medicine

I'm drinking a red raspberry tea infusion everyday day to strengthen my uterus, help prevent miscarriage, and provide many essential vitamins and minerals. It's super easy and tastes yummy. 
Also I'm taking a raw prenatal vitamin from Garden of Life
Omegas are coming from fresh ground flax seed that goes in my morning smoothie.
