first contractions/beginning of labour
can someone explain what this feels like? I'm a FTM and I tend to blow every pain off as normal. I'm scared I'll blow off labour and I live an hour from my hospital. is the beginning painful? how long do the first contractions last? is the pain all over the belly or just down low?
