Foot/ankle pain

So yesterday I had my 36 week appointment and then afterwards I was still feeling pretty good and had energy so I told my husband we should go walk around Target. We ended being there for 2 and 1/2 hours and I woke up this morning with horrible pain in my right foot. I can barley walk on it. Anybody else have this? Or anyone know how I can get rid of it fast? I need to be able to walk! Lol
