Really bad AF like cramps, is this normal?

Hey ladies, 
So I'm 4weeks almost 5 weeks and I've been getting AF like cramps for the past week, but today they feel more painful to the point I have needed a heat pad to help ease the pain. Is this normal??

I think it's round ligament pain. Your uterus is stretching to accommodate the baby. If you bleed or it gets worse call your doctor x

If there's bleeding and you are pregnant you should be concern but usually it's because the uterus is expanding making room for the baby I feel it every now and then .
