Progesterone levels dipped! Is this normal!?

My levels were 17.9 last Friday and today at 5w3d they are 15.9

HGC was 3,995 now 17,725 today

Help! 
My midwife hadn't had a chance to review yet and I'm freaking out.

I had a miscarriage in Feb and hope this baby stays.

I just got my results today my hcg is 6000 and my progesterone level is 5.4. I will get the results from my second drawing tomorrow. I'm so nervous!! If my hcg is going up they will put me on progesterone supplements!

Did you request a blood test? 
I had a terrible miscarriage in november and had complications 2 years ago with my daughter. I was thinking of calling and asking for one but I don't know if it's necessary? I'm only 4w4d.

I just started the vaginal suppositories today. My progesterone last week at 3wk6days was 20 4 wks 6days dropped to 15. I'm take 100mg daily. Getting labs down on Friday again.
