I just got my first job at Mcdonalds & it's only the fourth day. I already feel like i can't do it. I need encouragement. It's really faced paced & i don't know how i feel about this. I have cameras watching my every move. Today my manager came up to me & said "you can't touch your hat" like wtf??! Wearing that hat all day is uncomfortable asf especially because it doesn't fit my head. & she told me i need to be doing something at all times. I was grilling today & I'll usually wipe down the counters but other then that i can never find anything to do. I'm not much of a talker either so that doesn't help anything. It's not that i don't wanna work i just wanna find a job where i know exactly what i can do, & where i can feel comfortable doing it. I honestly feel like quitting & finding another job. She also made me clock out early so i won't get paid as much.
