Sits bath
Somewhere in the information overload that we got in the hospital I missed out on the instructions for the sits baths. Are you supposed to put something in th water? Salt or soap? Or just do warm water?
Also, it seems that I'm not bleeding too terribly from my vagina any longer (5 days PP) but my stitches are still bleeding pretty badly. Or maybe that is the normal pp bleeding and it's just coming from a different spot because of the tear? I'm terrified to look haha. Is that normal?
