We (as "the people") are responsible for the suffering of an innocent person who is wrongly convicted. That guilt is on us.

We are not responsible for the actions of a killer. That guilt is on him.

For those that voted "killer on the loose", does your vote change if it's someone you love that's been innocently locked up? What if you were in jail for a crime you didn't commit? Isn't the JUSTICE system meant for justice? Neither of these options includes justice but one obviously is less just.

I get the whole "what if it was someone you love" thing obviously is be upset and all that. But that isn't as bad as having a serial killer out and about still killing people possibly even me.

It depends how innocent the man is, it's in the middle of yes or no, I love to help him, if he really was innocent, otherwise I choose the killer.

Our jails are overrun with the innocent while people in power wriggle out of rape and murder charges on the regular. This is unacceptable and the innocent should never have to suffer imprisonment and its psychological ramifications.

One innocence in prison is a near equal to society murdering that person. You accomplished nothing by doing that besides ruining/ending that life.

Thousands of innocent ppl are in jail 
Due to how the look there ,finical situations
