Back pain- help!
I've been really sick for the last week, I had a very high fever for several days and with it has come AWFUL lower back pain. The back pain won't go away, even though the fever has gone down.
Any ideas on how to reduce lower back pain? I'm on my feet all day at work and I just can't handle this pain! 😭
