Scar cream for babies?

My 11 month old daughter was bit on the nose by my parents very old 10 pound dog.(has all his shots). I walked away to throw something in the trash and she walked so quickly into the other room and tripped and fell on him. I thought he was upstairs. I'm 30 and have never dealt with a dog bite before. It's super tiny 1/4 in length. I want to make sure it won't scar. I already feel completely horrible for this like it was my fault so please no negative comments. I have put coconut oil and a triple antibiotic neosporin. Is there a scar cream for babies? Thank you!

This is absolutely NOT your fault, accidents happen and it's a part of growing up! When my son was just learning to walk, he stumbled and knocked himself out on the edge of the coffee table... I felt HORRIBLE, and to this day (he's 7 now), I still feel a pang in my gut when I think about it! Poor baby had to get 4 stiches in his forehead and I stayed up with him all night when the doctor at the hospital suggested he might have a concussion. After the stitches came out I put Mederma on it religiously for about 4 weeks and today it is barely visible... I mean, I have to intentionally look extremely hard to even find it now, so it really worked great! For now, Just do what you're doing... Keep it clean and bandaged. Bacitracin ointment (Neosporin) will also help keep it infection free. Once it's healed and the skin is no longer broken, you can begin to treat it with Mederma. I think with my son, I put it on him 3 times a day for about 4 weeks. Now, sit back and give yourself a big hug for being a great mommy! Accidents happen, but what's more important is being there for her to make it all better! All mom's are heros in their own little way & you're doing a great job!

Coconut oil will take care of it plus I add in extra vitamin E oil. Took care of a huge gash my one son had from his flying squirrel trick off my parents bed(hit the night stand at his eye brow).

Maderma for kids i did this for my daughters face she got bit on her cheek last year from her grandmas dog a week before her kindergarden graduation i was so mad it was her dads weekend. He called told me what happened but said it was a scratch and didnt break the skin. I get her and its oozing and shes got punctures all on her cheek. It cleared up the scars to where you cant see them unless you are trying to find them
