It happens to me and is SOOOO annoying.

Yes, my PMS comes 2 weeks before my period and my cycle is usually 27 days or shorter.

So, I would be crazy (mood swings), in pain (cramps), breaking out, physically exhausted, and sleepless (can't sleep) for 2 weeks every 27 days or less.

I got on birth control, and it's been great.
