Worried, freaking out, bumps near vagina, help!!

So I've been having these weird bumps growing around my vagina and thighs. They are very small but lately they've been hurting when I sit. I've had this for months thinking they would go away on they're own but they haven't. :/  I was looking up pictures on Google and the more I searched, the more I freaked out. I told my boyfriend about it and we both are in a LDR and have been together for a year and a month. He comforts me and we both searched on the internet together and I saw that my bumps look exactly like the condition of molluscum contagiosum. I wasn't worried anymore because I read that it's treatable. But what I'm worried about today is that I had diarrhea and then after I took a shower and was cleaning myself, I felt a bump near my anal hole and I freaked out and got out the shower to check and it looks like a rash too aligning my butt area where I wipe and my anal hole.
