How long is a nap?

Having a debate with a friend (I think anything over 6 hours is a sleep and anything under 4 is a nap but 5 is ambiguous 😂)

Answer

I consider a nap to be one REM cycle (90 mins), but my boyfriend argues that it should be no more than 30 mins
