Epidural concerns
So......,
So many pple have told me not to get the epidural cause it meses up your back but its easier said then done.
Obviously i dont want to but i know when the day comes things will change and i mighy change my mind.
I know it aint guna be easy.
But i wanna manage to try and go for it what are some advises/tips that can help me? What helped you?
