When TTC should I stay away from soda or caffeine??

TTC and I keep getting told my problem is caffeine..so I thought I get some input..thanks ladies (:

I put no.. Because my theory is everything in moderation. I cut down majorly when ttc and once I conceived I allow myself one 8oz glass of iced coffee each morning to help me function. But cut out soda for the most part. If I ever really want a soda though I have one and don't beat myself up over it.

I personally don't drink soda unless I'm craving it which is one in a blue moon... But I'm a total coffee fiend. I started weening myself off of caffeine though when we started trying again. Now I'm good with drinking decaf... Which I know has some caffeine in it... But it's better than regular... I drink a medium decaf in the morning and if anything--- really bad day at work--- I'll have a small cup of regular. I think that's best for me. It's your own choice though.
