I've hit a weight-loss plateau.
Can anyone give me any tips for jump starting my fat loss again?
I do an hour of cardio every morning and I've progressively gone harder, farther and with more resistance, followed by an hour or two of weight training six days a week. I religiously eat clean; no processed foods, sugars, breads, and I focus on a high protein diet. I lost twenty pounds within the first couple months, but I seem to have hit a plateau.
Can anyone give me any personal tips that worked for you to jumpstart your gains/weight losses? Thanks!
